We want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for Summit Club members and 30 days for non-members on all gear in original condition. Whether you purchased online or in-store, we make it easy to return items that don't quite fit your journey.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached, including any footwear packaging.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your online account to generate a pre-paid shipping label or visit any Kathmandu retail store with your proof of purchase.

Pack and Post

Securely package your gear and drop it off at any NZ Post location using the provided return label to ensure tracked delivery.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange within 5-7 business days.
